In 2020, Empresas La Polar S.A., one of the leading department store chains in Chile, embarked on an operational excellence project to generate a higher standard of visibility in its merchandise reception.

Thanks to the implementation of the StoreBeat solution and the great teamwork between La Polar, the consulting firm On Retail SA, and Frogmi, it has been possible to reduce anomalies in products’ reception by 75%, obtaining real-time visibility and making its in-store operations more profitable.
